Pharmacist and Operations Manager

Hollie is a Pharmacist and Operations Manager, specializing in medication dispensing, supplement recommendations, and regulatory compliance. With over 15 years of experience, she brings a patient-first approach and clear communication to everything she does. 

Born and raised in East Tennessee Hollie earned her PharmD, cum laude, from ETSU Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy, after completing her Associate of Science degree, cum laude, at Northeast State Community College. 

When she’s not keeping things running smoothly, Hollie enjoys traveling—especially through New England—attending concerts, crafting, cooking, and spending time with her husband, Adam, and their dogs, Lola and Zoë.

Naturopathic PhD (ND)

Dr. Alyx Barnett is a dedicated Naturopathic PhD (ND), personal trainer, and nutritional consultant. With a background as a decorated professional bodybuilder, ultrarunner, and Ironman competitor, she brings a wealth of expertise in addressing hormonal changes, metabolic disorders, and complex health issues.

Consultant Pharmacist

Danielle Fulkrod is a consultant pharmacist with Waters Wellness, specializing in Women’s Health and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. She earned her undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Emory & Henry College and later completed her Doctor of Pharmacy at East Tennessee State University’s Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy.

Danielle’s career began in a laboratory setting, where her passion for compounding pharmacy first took root. With over seven years of hands-on experience in compounding, she brings a deep understanding of personalized medication solutions.

Danielle is deeply passionate about helping women feel their best at every stage of life. She focuses on individualized care through hormone therapy, wellness consultations, and strategies that support balance, vitality, and overall well-being.

In addition to her work in Women’s Health, Danielle offers consultations for men’s health, weight management, nutrition, and supplement guidance for individuals seeking a holistic approach to wellness.

Outside of her professional role, Danielle enjoys reading mystery and thriller novels, cheering on college football, and spending time outdoors with her husband, Patrick, and their two Labrador retrievers, Abby and Finn.

Beth Watson is one of our registered pharmacists. She has been with Waters Wellness Compounding Pharmacy (formerly The Compounding Pharmacy) since January 2013.

Beth has been a registered pharmacist for almost 35 years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1991. Throughout her career, she has worked mainly in retail and long-term care pharmacies. Working at Waters Wellness has given her the opportunity to go back to the basics of pharmaceutical compounding and providing unique dosage forms that are not commercially available.

Beth is a native of the Catawba Valley area and lives in the Mountain View community. Beth and her husband, Greg, have two adult daughters- Carah and Bailey as well as a 12 year old lab, DeeDee. In her spare time, she enjoys working with children at her church, reading, and lazy days at the beach.
